With our wireless network gateway counters - we notice that EasyReports is not displaying any count figures for a couple of days?

This problem can occur when the SNG device cannot talk to sensor server software loaded onto the PC. When setting up the SNG - you had to specify a IP address of the PC hosting the sensor server software. Does the PC still have that same IP address? Sometimes, if there is a power outage or similar the PC may be get a new IP address.
The PC hosting the sensor server software should be assigned a fixed IP address - The SNG configuration settings can be reviewed - download 'SNG Check Configuration Settings.pdf' (on the right of this screen) for instructions.

Another area to check is the PC Windows Firewall settings.
The Windows Firewall is a software component of Microsoft Windows that provides fire-walling and packet filtering functions. It can be accessed through the Windows Control Panel --> System and Security. It is recommended to switch OFF the Windows Firewall and then check if the people counts start coming through. If people counts are registered after the Windows Firewall is switched OFF - you will have to use the advanced Firewall feature to allow the SensorServer program through the Firewall before switching the Firewall back ON again.
